Return & Exchange Policy

At Rennah.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, you can do so within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unused.

Please note that return shipping costs will apply for exchanges as well.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email our customer support team at customersupport@rennah.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
