Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your space. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit.

As a small and growing business that personally manages all of our shipping, we do not currently offer refunds to original payment methods.


Exchanges & Store Credit Eligibility

Items are eligible for exchange or store credit unless marked Final Sale.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


Exchange / Credit Window

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Exchange Options

You may choose:

Exchange for Another Item

If exchanging for:

  • Higher price item → customer pays difference

  • Lower price item → remaining balance issued as store credit


Store Credit

Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Is issued once your return is received and inspected


Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item arrived defective

  • Wrong item was sent

If exchanging, customers are responsible for shipping the original item back. Rennah will cover shipping of the replacement item.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Return


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will make it right.


How to Start an Exchange or Request Store Credit

Email: customersupport@rennah.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item you want to exchange or return

  • Replacement item (if exchanging)

  • Reason for exchange or credit request


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Exchanges ship within 3–5 business days

  • Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days
