Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Rennah is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. Please contact us at Customersupport@rennah.com if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe.
